The regional seminars are designed to educate attendees on the important services provided by the Cop-2-Cop program. Established and funded by the State of New Jersey and administered in partnership with UMDNJ’s University Behavioral Healthcare, the Cop-2-Cop program operates a 24-hour, confidential and toll-free helpline for New Jersey’s law enforcement officers and their families to provide support, clinical assessments and referrals, and critical incident stress management (CISM) services.
The NJLESA has opened the regional seminars to members of this Association and their families. Accordingly, the Association thanks the NJLESA for its most generous invitation to include all the other state law enforcement unions; and any interested member is strongly encouraged to RSVP Steve Brzdek, NJLESA president, at (609) 499-3095 or at njlesa@comcast.net as soon as possible.
